EarthLove Fellowship of FoDLA is the third druid grove of the organization of the Fellowship of Druidism in the Latter Age, a legally recognized church, incorporated in the state of California.
EarthLove Fellowship was founded in the Sonoran Desert in Scottsdale, AZ, and is making a new home in Sedona, AZ. The grove is led by Rev. Linda Costello, Druid of the Fellowship since 2007, under the direction of Rev. Todd Covert, Chief Druid and Founder of FoDLA, as well as Founder of the Druid Academy.
In FoDLA, a local grove is organized by an initiated and ordained Druid of the Fellowship. The presence of an ordained Druid in the grove ensures a meaningful ritual experience for all attendees. Community ritual on the nine festivals celebrated by FoDLA are Samhain, Winter Solstice, Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Beltaine, Summer Solstice, the Conclave of the Druids, Lughnasadh, and Autumn Equinox.
Public ritual is not the only type of ritual in Neo-Druidism. Personal and family devotions are the foundation of Neo-Druidism. What’s important is the development of a regular habit of taking time to commune with the deities, ancestors, and other spirits, and offering hospitality.
We are here to support each person’s practice, whether public or private, and will do so by a variety of means, including reading groups, email lists, public rituals, accessibility, and classes.
